    Usually for FCL, it’s 30% deposit, 70% balance against B/L copy. If it’s LCL, it’ll be 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery. For all sample orders, we require payment before delivery.

    Violins, viola, cellos: 30 days-45days
    Guitars and ukuleles need 45-60 days
    Wind instruments 20-30 days
    Accordions 20-30 days
    We have enough stock advanced violins, violas and cellos. Small quantity can be sent soon.

  • Q What is MOQ for Artland?

    A
    We don't do retail business, so we ask MOQ to protect our business partners.
    Different instruments have different MOQ request. Contact us to get detail information.

    According to our product quality and price positioning, our main markets are concentrated in developed countries and who asked for good quality in the market.

    Artland company was registered since 2007, during the 14 years we cooperated with over 140 companies in different countries and keep long time business. Till now, the first customer  is still in good cooperation and better and better.

    Usually it’s one country one agent policy. If it’s a big country with more than 100 million popular, we’ll consider to have 2 or 3 agents in different areas.
